How
Do I Order A Cake?
Cakes can be ordered online, by phone or email. Please provide details as
per Order Enquiry Form. I will respond as soon
as possible with pricing details.
The more information you give me, the more perfect your cake will be. I can
accept drawings/designs/photos via email. A simple sketch or picture will
clarify your thoughts and help me to design your cake.

Pricing
Prices are dependent on the cake type, flavour, size and complexity of
design. Contact Tracey for a more accurate quote.
Notice
Orders should be placed at least 10 days before the required date. For very
special designs that require more research, please give me as much notice
as possible. If you need a big cake for a big celebration, the more
advanced notice the better. Fruit cakes require at least 1 month notice for
the flavour to mature.
Can
Cakes and/or Icing be less Sweet?
Compared with other cookery, baking is a measuring job. All the ingredients
must be weighed and measured out to ensure that they are in the right
proportion to each other. If we reduce the sugar too much, the texture and
success of the cake will be adversely affected. As to the icing, whether it
is butter icing or rolled fondant, we cannot run away from its sweetness as
icing is mainly made of icing sugar. The icing is required to achieve the
necessary design. We can only advise that you scrape off part or all the
icing when you eat the cake.

When you are at Riana Green Condo, go to the main entrance, next to
Domino Pizza. Have your driving
licence ready to pass to the guard at the gate. Tell the guard that you are picking up
something from Unit 603, Block J and a pass will be issued to you. Once you
enter, you do not need to park your car. You will see a mini roundabout, take right
and drive along the perimeter (fencing of the apartment). This is a one-way street. Just drive along until you see a second
guardhouse on your right. In front
will be a lobby. This is Block
J. Please park your car at the
lobby, give me a call and I will bring the cake down.
